At Bistro Kaz we offer an international menu using the best local products we can find that are grown organically and sustainably.

We have an extensive selection of craft beers from all over Vietnam, and our wine list features a large selection of organic, biodynamic, and sustainably grown wines.

We are committed to doing our best for the environment. Our interior design includes more than 750kg of recycled plastic collected from Central Vietnam and manufactured in Hoi An, and hundreds of bottles that would have ended in the landfill. Our facilities include an intimate private dining space on the second floor, suitable for dinners up to 14 people or small cocktail parties.
